Cancellation policy
Subscription Authorization
By placing a subscription order, the customer authorizes Terra Health Essentials to charge the payment method on file at the frequency selected during checkout until the subscription is canceled.
24/7 Self-Service Account Management
Customers can access their account portal 24 hours a day to cancel, pause, reschedule, modify, switch, or update their subscriptions without contacting customer support.
How to Cancel
A customer may cancel through the account portal or ask Terra Health Essentials customer support to complete the cancellation. Support requests are processed during the posted customer-support hours. Customers requiring immediate cancellation outside those hours can cancel directly through the account portal.
Effective Cancellation Time
A cancellation becomes effective at the exact date and time the subscription status is changed to canceled in the subscription platform. This applies whether the cancellation is completed by the customer or by customer support.
Every completed cancellation automatically creates a timestamped event in the subscription history and sends a confirmation email to the customer at that time. The email documents the completed cancellation; it does not determine or delay when the cancellation becomes effective.
If the subscription history contains no cancellation event, the subscription has not been canceled and remains active.
Renewal Timing
To prevent a scheduled renewal, cancellation must be completed before the renewal payment is processed. If payment is processed before the recorded cancellation time, the resulting order is an existing transaction and will proceed through fulfillment and shipping as described in our Shipping Policy.
A later cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse a payment, cancel an order, or create a refund for a transaction processed before the cancellation timestamp.
Returns and Refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility are separate. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself create a return or refund. Return and refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Return and Refund Policy.
