I started supplementing with Apple Cider Vinegar about 6 months ago. I could tell right away that my digestion was much more efficient. I no longer had a "food belly" after eating, and even though it was completely counter-intuitive, it completely fixed the chronic heartburn that I experienced after large meals.
I've been a regular Apple Cider Vinegar user all the way back to my college days when I would take a shot of it every morning. 20 years later, it still makes me wince getting it down. Finally someone made ACV available in a more convenient form. It's so easy now! I just pop 2 pills in the morning and I never taste a thing!
